If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s) for any reason you are entitled to return any or all of the items to us for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us at email@example.com
Returned items must reach us no more than 28 days from the original order date to qualify for a refund or exchange.
All items returned must be in their original condition with all swing tags, labels, and marketing materials intact. We reserve the right to withhold a refund, credit or exchange for any of items returned to us that are deemed unfit for re-sale. Please include your name and address with the package, along with your order number.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
If the order qualified for free shipping at the time of purchase, then a full refund for the entire order value will be granted, but if a shipping charge was applied to the order, that will be deducted from the refund. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
On receipt of your package we will email you to let you know we have received it and in the case of refunds your money will be returned to the original debit/credit card used.
Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 working days for the money to show in your account after we receive your returned items
Items brought at one of our stalls will need the accompanying receipt. Items brought in a store must be returned to the original stockist.
For UK customers please allow 10 working days from due date before contacting us. The Royal Mail will not treat a parcel as missing until after this time.
Customers outside of the EU must follow the instructions below along with our standard returns procedure.
To help us deal with your return to us quickly and efficiently you must mark all returns as RETURNED GOODS – FAILED SALE. This must be clearly marked on the customs information document (CN22 and/ or CN 23) on the outside of the packaging. Failure to do so may result in the goods being refused at customs in the UK and so being returned to the sender.
